    Kind of shows the absurdity of allowing men into the women's locker room.

    The last guy makes a great point. In an effort to make the extremely rare few feel comfortable, they make the vast majority uncomfortable.

    I also find it ironic that they say this guy should have made a "verbal or physical attempt to identify as a woman". Why does it matter what he looks like if he self-identifies as a woman? Does everyone have to declare their gender before using the facilities?

    This just shows the absurdity of allowing people to use the opposite sex's locker room, regardless of what you "identify" as.

    What next, is he going to pretend to be a disabled Iraqi vet with a guide dog or go around in a wheelchair to show how the ADA infringes on the majority to the benefit of a rare few? I look forward to the results.

    I agree... I was always against it, for the obvious reason in the article above. Seattle needs to hire Lance as a spokesman is what Im saying.

    Easy fix, make all restrooms, locker rooms, etc. unisex. People can just learn to get over people of the opposite sex being in the same facilities.

    Your first point sums it up. In the guys bathroom, they generally do not care what goes on. A woman can walk in and men generally wont care. Making the mens room a unisex room will not satisfy transgender people. For some odd reason, they REALLY want to be in the womans restroom.

    It would be discrimination to force a person to identify themselves as transgender before entering a bathroom.

    This whole debate is ridiculous.
