I posted the video about this in the Hangout. I had no idea this was here and I really didn't think there was much to debate. Maybe the mods can merge the two threads or lock the one I started today.
I usually defend police as they have to deal with horrible circumstances and many people that get beat down deserve it as they swing at or attack a cop. This though is just horrible! You could hear her head hit the wall and she must've been 100 pounds then he was pounding on her on the ground. That guy has some issues.
WOW! There are actually people defending a 200+ pound man pummeling a skinny little teenage girl. What tough guys you are.
The difference is "police misconduct" is when a police officer does something that violates his job restrictions/ethics/etc. Criminal misconduct means he breaks the law. Obviously a cop can do something that I'd want them fired for even if they didn't go to jail.
