anyone catching the rockets game on league pass? they are showing the FSN northwest, with seatle analyst yepping about how the rockets will not advamce out of the playoffs this year and they are bound to failure. one guys repeat at least 5 times that mcgrady has never won a playoff series as though this is prove that rocks are not going to advance this year. They further say the rockets have an attitude problem, which i totally dun get. Do we have an attitude problem because the fuking sonic players hack yao ming too much? i don't know....

anyways...whoever those two guys are yepping there. i wish them a big **** for this easter to suck with.

The funniest thing was when, after a timeout, they said that the Sonics cut the lead early in the 4th to 9... after a made shot by Houston, and even though the Rockets were only up 6 at the 3nd of three and it was the first time that they reached a 9 point lead at that point in the 4th....

actually i'm glad you posted this up cause i was about to! One of the analysts talks a bunch a crap on the rockets and how they are gonna get it because of their body language and how they are gonna be surprised in the playoff and won't make it out of the first round. I have never heard such classless commentators. No wonder the sonics organization sucks a big one! Anyways, had to vent but its good to know that we are up on Utah!

    Thanks for the great contribution.

Anyway, for those wondering the broadcasters for the Sonics broadcast were Kevin Colabro and Lenny Wilkens. Even during the game I was noticing Wilkens was all over the Rockets' case. It was odd. Does he have some kind of history with JVG or the Rockets that I'm forgetting?

Colabro seemed to be impartial, but Lenny was jumping on the Rockets' case quite a bit. As a matter of fact, the broadcast seemed more about the Jazz and Rockets than the Sonics considering it was a Sonics broadcast team.

I was completely going to post the same thing in the game thread, it was a joke how much smack they were talking about the Rockets.. like we were nothing and had done crap against all the contenders in the WEST, please, who is sitting pretty as the #4 seed in the west right now? obviously we did something a lot better than the low life Sonics. I finally muted the LP broadcast.

I saw this. I think they went too far when they said "Houston dodged a bullet tonight. THis Game will come back to haunt them come playoff time". Sure, whatever.

That's the same thing I said in chat! lol. That line had me laughing. I mean, yeah, the Rockets haven't been playing championship ball, but to say because they ran into an obstacle with the Sonics, the post-season was in jeopardy was kinda funny.

I have never been bothered by any analysts like these two. One of them I know, Lenny Wilken, who is a totally weakling, and a joke as a former head coach of Knicks, basically a toy of Isiah Thomas.

I think the funniest thing about that comment is that they say that right after Seattle just beat Utah the other night.

I know. I kinda expected better from the great Lenny Wilkens. He's like their Clyde Drexler I guess.

They had a point though, Houston should have blown them out.

Imagine if they had Luke Ridnour and more importantly Ray Allen, do you think the Rockets would have won with that effort?

I still can't believe Lenny said those crazy things. This is supposedly one of the classiest coaches ever.

I think so. The problem was that the Rockets played down to their level. So who knows.
