I think someone covered this, but just so you know, the Rockets have ZERO control over All Star game tickets. They are completely at the mercy of the NBA. The NBA gives them a few thousand all in the upper bowl to sell and, like most teams, they do it through a lottery system.

There are actually only 41 home games. But prices are ri-*******-diculous nowadays. Let's just get Mike D'Antonie in here to liven up the games. I guarentee even if the Suns lose, there games are still a hell of a lot more fun to watch.

(Of course, in the Rox defense, the playoff games were INCREDIBLE, and i think we can all agree)

Actually if you have season tix, they make you buy 44 games at full price.
    3 pre-season tix + 41 regular season games.

The problem is with baseball is that it's hard to go like 10 days straight during a long homestand.

As far as football it's worth every penny no matter how good/bad the team is.

I pay for Rockets tickets instead of Astros tickets because everyone offers up Astros tickets to me. Also it ends up being the same price when you factor in twice as many games for baseball.

For those of yall who don't live in H-Town that is such bs that yall are even considering not paying for the nba league pass. What is that like 120 bucks for the season? Yall need to get off the cpu and go work if you can't pay $20 a month for your rockets.

You guys aren't REAL fans. The corporations will buy those seats gladly. They're the REAL fans... they care much more than you do. :D ;)

I'm thinking about not renewing myself. Even if they are a better team next year, I have gotten spoiled using a DVR to record the games and watch them on my HDTV. If the game is being broadcast in HD, I'll give my tickets to someone else and watch the game at home, it's that much better (at least if you are in the upper bowl like me).

Eh, I wont front. I'm in Austin so season tickets aren't an option but I might get league pass this year. If I can sit through this season, I can endure anything. This season I went to Aussies to watch games/buy dinner at least 15 times. That's a lot of money. I'd rather cook for myself anyway and let league pass pay for itself. AND bc I know we HAVE to be better next year, league pass would be good for my Dallas Mavs fan girlfriend. And good for improving the trashtalk quality in our relationship. It could always cause our breakup, but at least I'll still have 82 Rockets games a season to keep me company.

I understand Gummi Clutch cause you only got so much $ to spend. I didn't renew my tickets THIS season cause my first kid was due. (Actually she was born on 11/2 on the 3rd quarter of the Sactown game :) ). I have to say I was VERY happy I didn't drop $1,800 on tix this season.

But the rest of you complaining about how bad the team is ...jeez.

Next season can't be as bad as this season. It just can't. I'm considering getting a mini-plan esp if I can get it in the Red Alert section. That would be really fun if we can get a bunch of folks to ante-up.
