Are ya'll serious? What if I told you why that episode was awesome? Does that sound like something you'd be interested in? The last episode was great. Vince getting it on with someone who ended up brushing him off, Drama and Turtle searching for Saigon (you watch Viking Quest?!?!), and the senile old producer that Ari pawned off on Eric for punishment, yet it leads to what is presumably Vince's next role. Methinks ya'll are expecting too much from this show. It's supposed to be fun. The last two episodes were precisely that.
Don't get me wrong, it had a couple of good one liners but it just seemed a tad boring at times. Maybe I am expecting to much.
how does the old saying go? "Every beautiful women has someone who is tired of her ****." although this really isn't in the context of "E's" relationship, but you get the drift.
i dont know if i said it in this thread or another one, but this show isnt about Vince anymore... its about Eric and Ari and how they handle Vince's career from this point forward... watching the characters grow and succeed is one of my favorite parts of watching entourage- in the beginning they relied on Vince for everything, now they are all doing their own thing and finding success...
Not expecting too much, just want to be entertained...Now the Vegas episode was just fun...I liked that...But more and more, IMHO, all the episodes are feeling that way, meaning, no substance...
So, for all those complaining about no substance, did you like the finale? I thought it sucked. Oh no, Vince might not get another movie!
Man, I don't know why I thought that. I could have sworn they said that there were only two more episodes after the Vegas episode. Looks like they're planning 20 episodes which would only put us about halfway through. That said, I didn't like yesterday's episode.
Last episode was okay...I didn't like how it ended, but I do want to see how things work out next episode.
Next week is the finale, right? Lots of loose ends to tie... 1. Does E ever seen Seth Green again? 2. What happened to Sloans friend that he did and fell n love with? 3. Is Saigon really gone for good? 4. What will happen to "Queens Boulevard"? Cool quotes from Season 1
I don't think next week is the finale... they are taking a midseason break while they film more episodes... the season ought to resume in January or March, depending on Sopranos... if you imdb season 3, they have already filmed episodes 17 and 18, entitled "The Return of The King" and "Resurrection" next week's episode is entitled "Sorry, Ari" and the Eddie Burns pilot within the show is a nod to "The Black Donnelly's", Paul Haggis' crime drama about four Irish brothers, currently filming in NYC and scheduled to premiere on NBC in January
Some nice ones... Johnny Drama: If you play gay or r****ded you get an Oscar. I'd take in the ass for an Oscar. Turtle: You'd take in the ass for a guest spot on The Hughleys. Ari Gold: [after his Viagra has kicked in, to his angry wife] I'm ready to go here, all right? It's like R. Kelly at recess. Honey, honey, what are you doing? Are you kidding me? Baby!
Out of the those, only 2 is worthy...The episodes get weaker and weaker as the show goes on...Although, Drama in the trailer was hilarious...The $20K for kicks was silly, but can see that happening...What happens when all the money runs out...Living life in the fast lane...
***SPOILERS*** Ok, just say the Finale...Kinda lame, but can understand why Ari won the Emmy...This guy is brilliant... Lilfe without Ari, hard to believe, but not very believable either...Not for a so-called cliff hanger...Nothing new on HBO, I'll just wait for Nip/Tuck to come out...
Almost Spoilers: http://www.thesun.co.uk/article/0,,2-2006400245,00.html I don't know if I find that amusing, or just sad.
