    Yes, you can have the Clips. As is standard procedure, you'll get your choice of two of the players in that list for being a new GM. You get back your own automatically. Your team is missing Olowokandi, Maggette, Miles, and Odom, but has already been compensated for the loss of 2 of those and you will be able to draft 2 players yourself from the list above. Who do you want? Let me know.

    Just post your roster, including the guys you just got, in the trade discussion thread. You make offers or get offers there. When you get a deal, have both parties confirm in the official trades thread. You'll get the hang of it pretty quickly. Sam, you can get your guys now. To everyone else-- I'll try and get to stats later tonight... very busy right now with Kings and Fakers. [​IMG]

    Also, as a note to all new GMs-- if you aren't satisfied with your team now, do remember we'll have a rookie draft and common draft after this season. (Note: the rookie draft may take place before this season ends if we can't finish by draft time, if so we'll just go by record after 60 or 70 games or wherever we are in the season). You'll obviously get one of the top talents there, and in the common draft, each team submits 2 of their starters (or top 6 in some cases) to the draft pool. So, essentially, if your team isn't good this year, you'll get to replace your two worst starters with two pretty solid starters from good teams (top picks this year were Ratliff, Camby, Jermaine O'Neal, etc.) and you'll get a top rookie. So you will be competitive soon enough, even if you can't get going this season.

    Cliff Robinson (Sonics released a scrub)
    Tom Gugliotta (Wolves released a scrub)
    Penny Hardaway - New GM incentive: Cavs
    Tony Delk - Lost in this years supplemental draft

    Hornets
    Jamal Mashburn (Detroit released Mikki Moore)
    Baron Davis (Jabari Smith)
    Elden Campbell (Rockets released a scrub)
    PJ Brown (Popeye Jones)
    David Wesley (Spurs released a scrub)
    Derrick Coleman (Jazz released Padgett)

    Cat will give you the official roster when you've signed up later.

    The list put up for pickings over only contain these two players:
    Jud Buechler-- 31 mpg, 9.1 pts, 2.1 reb
    Lamond Murray-- 7 pts, 2 reb, 18 min

    I guess Cat would perhaps give you some info about other players available for youto pick. But don't expect much. [​IMG]

    First step is chosing one of them. I do not know the rosters but I think it would be cool if you took Suns. That way we will have 12 GM's in each conference. But at the moment Hornets might be a better team in an easier conference. But that should only mean that you get higher picks in the west. You will also get to chose a couple of players from the 5 teams not picked yet, but you will not find to much quality in any of those teams anymore.

    I will try to find you the list of players that Hornets and Suns have lost to make your pick easier, but I do not know their full roster as I don't know what players have been sent back for all of them.
