    Players who are DEFINITELY available:
    Masato Yoshii
    Hideki Irabu
    Anthony Telford
Many of my AAA pitchers, besides Stark and maybe some others. Ask. I wouldn't necessarily want a whole lot in return for these guys; Yoshii is probably the most valuable of them, if that tells you anything.

    MAYBE:
Fernando Tatis, if I get a good 3B prospect AND MORE in the deal. Tatis is young, relatively cheap, and good. Don't lowball me. =)

Geraldo Guzman, who has been a very solid starter. I'd like a good catcher prospect in return for Guzman or someone like him. In fact, I'd just like a good catcher prospect, so if you have one, let me know what you'd want.

Don't assume anybody's untouchable, although I'll ask unreasonably high prices for Strickland, among others.

    Brian Jordan on the block...

He's an excellent player, and averaged .307, 26 HR, and 116 RBI last season as an every day starter. However, I don't need him as much anymore after acquiring Darin Erstad. I can still use him to spot start for a few players, but I'd rather trade him to someone that could use him and get some pitching help.

His contract is a little big, at 9 million, but his production is worth it, and it only lasts for one more season (2003). If you're a small market team and concerned about the contract, I will take an overpriced pitching contract from you as long as it ends this year or next, and of course on the condition that it is fair value. A relief pitcher would be best, but starters are good too. Prospects are ok as well, if you don't want to give your major leaguers. Give me some offers here or via email, IM, or the chat...

Luis Gonzalez is on the block.

    Getting Hits : 7 (VS. RHP : 7, VS. LHP : 7, Talent Good)
    Hitting Doubles : 7 (VS. RHP : 8, VS. LHP : 6, Talent Good)
    Hitting Homeruns : 9 (VS. RHP : 10, VS. LHP : 6, Talent Brilliant)
    Getting BB's : 5 (VS. RHP : 6, VS. LHP : 5, Talent Average)
    Avoiding Strikeouts : 6 (VS. RHP : 7, VS. LHP : 4, Talent Good)

    Stats for last season:

    .309 AVG, 31 HR, 109 RBI, .387 OBP, .576 SLG %

I am looking to dump a little salary in this trade (he is not really making that much, but he is up for free agency). I would prefer a good OF prospect or good, young OF to replace him, but I will listen to any offer.

Anyone interested in Bergeron? He's a young (24), speedy CF who plays good defense and is currently batting .342. And he's got a small contract ($3 mil thru 2004). He is on the market because I am trying to create space for uber-prospect Corey Patterson. I'd like either a pretty good SS or a prospect (any position) in exchange.

Brian Jordan anyone? I know there are some of you with overpriced pitchers... I am willing to take them, assuming they are half decent and don't have a contract beyond 2003 (possibly 04 in some situations). I don't have room for him anymore, but over the course of a season, he's a .310, 26 HR, 116 RBI hitter... someone has to want him, and I need another pitcher bad.

    You mean Wells? :)

Keep that on the table and I might actually consider it... I'd like to get someone better, but if nothing else pans out, Wells' contract does run out a year before Jordan's, and maybe I could make a run after a pitcher that way, if I can't get one for Jordan straight up.

    Does anyone want modesi?

he is in the last year of his contract and is an awesome bat. I dont want to much for him just a young (27 or younger) pitcher with average era.

need to get it done before deadline
