Sean Taylor in Critical Condition After Being Shot

I was hoping he would drop to the Texans a few years back.

Hes the sickest safety I've ever seen. He simply knocks the crap out of whomever.

Probaly my favorite defensive player behind mario hope he pulls through.

BTW Taylor Rodgers and Laundry is an insane secondary.

 

Unless you think you have seriously pissed off the wrong people, who leaves a machete under their bed?

I hope he pulls through. He may have made some mistakes in life so far, but he is so young and deserves a chance to live life.

Not true at all. I have three guns in my closet. They are far from ready if I need them. If I kept the gun under my pillow, that would be a better analogy.

 

The severity of this really hasn't sunk in...high risk for brain damage. Wow.

I've got a friend who's in nursing over at that hospital tomorrow; see if there's any update.

Also ran into Randy Shannon before I knew about the situation...makes sense why he was clearly shaken.

 

I think if he pulls through, Goodall will ban him from the league for two years for further tarnishing the league's image.

Washington Redskins star Taylor dies after being shot

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - The National Football League's Sean Taylor, a star defensive player for the Washington Redskins, died on Tuesday after being shot at his home near Miami, local television stations reported.

Taylor, 24, who was the Redskins first pick in the 2004 draft, was shot in the leg, severing his femoral artery, during an apparent home robbery.

Very sad... I can't believe he is gone. This happens every so often in sports. But this hits me harder than usual.

 

As a huge Skins fan who has followed him since he was drafted, I feel like I'm going to be sick.
