What is Chandler Parsons known for? I don't know why I expect logic out of Mr. "The draft is 75-80 players deep in talent". Also known as Mr. "Watching the game is not required for my analysis of a player's performance".
This is exactly what i expect from you when you can't answer a question. Let me show you how it's done. Chandler Parsons is known as one of the best defenders on the team and a very capable scorer. Flameout!!!
Jeremy Lin is a good pick and roll player with good passing skills and a good defender in the lanes. He can be hot and cold with his shooting and will need work on his on the ball defense. Closest NBA comparison, Ricky Rubio but scores much better at the hoop but slightly lower court vision.
Not sure how to compare the two. If we focus on the very good parts, Linsanity is the answer for your eye test and Morey has the all the stats about Lin. According Morey's stats, Lin is the top something in the 20 some years on NBA history.
Lin is #22 in turnovers per 36 min. among all starters. Hardly his specialty anymore. The top 5 turnover machines? Rondo Vasquez Kobe Holiday Harden
If that's the case, Jeremy Lin is known for being a good pick and roll player and defender. Therefore, Machado is not the "answer". Simple logic isn't it? Try using your brain sometimes.
Of course you can't, you don't even know how many players get drafted each season yet you are confident when making bold claims such as "a draft is 75-80 players deep". Take your Machado Only Fan glasses off.
I think that we all can agree that if Jones and D-Mo cannot currently make the Rockets PF rotation, Machado's time will, at best, come next season.
What, no graph and chart! You are the official clutchfans statistical genius. I don't believe a word you say until you show us those graph and chart! Totally unacceptable performance! We are sending you back to the Development League now!
He had a good game last night. 6-12 fg, 13pts, 9asst, 3to's. <iframe width="640" height="360" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/i4cp1SDAzcs" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe> Let's see how he does tonight.
It's like some of you guys hate Lin so much that you think Machado should be playing significant minutes for us right now. I think Machado could become a good player but he's clearly not there yet. If you're in the d league and an undrafted player, you're not going to get called up unless you're playing really well or unless someone gets hurt. Machado has been far from dominate in the d league so far. Again, he has potential but it's really disturbing to see guys in this thread say he's our best PG option.
