Here's an interesting side issue. He was convicted of second degree murder of a human being for the death of the unborn child. Murder is defined as the unlawful killing of a human being. This conflicts with the abortion laws in one of two ways: 1. Conflict based on the notion that a fetus is not a human being and thus is not capable of being murdered; OR 2. We have created law stating that a fetus is a human being capable of being murdered, but the mother is immune from prosecution. This should get interesting everybody.
