I like this move, no premier guys given up, (Nottingham is going to be good but he's not the big name I expected us to trade) tells me Luhnow was reluctant to sell the farm for a rental.
Nottingham is going to be a very good player. I am not a big fan of this trade, but they know Nottingham better than I do. Kazmir is a huge boost to the rotation.
Fantastic trade. I really like both pieces, but we're gonna have to give up something to get something. Glad the price wasn't higher. Kaz! Lets go!
Yup, this is my initial reaction to the trade as well. I thought Nottingham was going to be our catcher of the future, but it turns out that I was wrong.
