You can bet the charge won't be in the 2 minute report due to the review.

I thought we had lost the game on the inbounds play due to the extra FT for being before it was thrown in and I figured they would get 2 regular FTs for being in the bonus. I was about to cry.

I disagree, Scott Foster loves nothing more than to see a visiting team defender go down in the 4th period of a tight game, blow the whistle, and then hear the roar of the crowd, the intake of 20,000 breaths, as he starts sprinting down the other way like Bob Beamon in Mexico 68 and flinging his arm forward like he's hurling a spear at the Persian Immortals as the "ohhhs" and "boos" rain down.

He loves, loves loves calling contrarian charges.

Yeah. It's not good for the NBA. If the announcers are talking about ref bias, then they have to do something. The least they could do was not put this particular ref in a game like this.

Exposing the NBA and it’s beloved refs will only make things worse for the Rockets. Could you imagine going into a game where refs are calling every single BS against you bc the NBRA feels that you disrespected them. And yes this has happened before, not to a team but a player (Allen Iverson). The media also has a lot invested into the NBA so not only would the media be forced to keep silent against the NBA but also clown the Rockets organization for brining such a claim to the table. The NBA is rigged and it’s all for entertainment. Like Harden said, the media creates this narrative and runs with it until the wheels fall off bc they decide who will be worth taking down or brining up.

Someone make him cough and tell Silver he has Corona. Then he'll be forced to be sent out of the bubble.

He was definitely up to his old tricks tonight. In any Foster game you can set your watch to at least one mind boggling late game review call. I think tonight it was that clear offensive foul that he somehow called a jump ball. Even if you don’t call a foul there, the ball was clearly off Boston.

You can also count on at least one call changed well after the whistle. Tonight it was calling the Kemba foul on the floor and then changing it to a 3.

Every team in the league feels like they get ****ed by Foster. He’s horrendous.

Somebody's going to have to point out what he does well to warrant the most big-game assignments in the league.

Baseball has a similar problem with tenured old umpires that wouldn't be trusted to operate an oven on their own without supervision... but are somehow spry enough to call balls/strikes off 100 mph pitches with movement, and see whether balls hit the line 100 feet away.

    He follows Silver's orders. Who doesn't like a yes-man?

Scott Foster has been at it before the rise of DraftKings and Fan Duels. But now there's lot more money in the pot.

last night's blatant rig is just more convincing data that the league office directs the "missed calls" and it's not just renegade zebras like foster

Let's not forget the Warriors. He would do anything for either team. He's super loyal.

With baseball the Joe West has his own publicist and Angel Hernandez just went ahead and sued the league.

LeBron should be given a golden phone like in Godfather PT II in leu of the Larry O’Brien.

He put on a clinic when worked he the phones to rat out Danuel and now he used it to perfection for the Nuggets.

Ah yes, Joe West... can't even make the correct call at first base that costs a pitcher a perfect game, but can somehow spot over a 100 yards away a pivotal fan interference in an ALCS game.

The Armando Galarraga game? That wasn't the Cowboy (Jim Joyce was at first base). The Altuve '18 ALCS game tying homer was absolutely Cowboy waddling out to get a view as the right field ump and stealing a postseason homer from 'Tuve. Still wish that last out to Benintendi off of Bregman's bat would have gotten down to score a couple of runs and maybe cleared the bases to tie the series at 2.

My bad... Jim Joyce... at least he knew when to say when as it looks like he retired 3 years ago, despite being 3 years younger than Joe West who is still out there.
