That guy hates Brooks. If they had durant westbrook and ibaka they would have had a good shot to go to the finals.
Brooks is a good coach now? I thought he was considered one of the reasons why the Thunder were being held back?

There might be better coaches out there but I just think they are firing Scott Brooks for the wrong reasons. OKC sees what Golden State did hiring Steve Kerr and then they look at what Boston did with Brad Stevens and they want in on the action. I don't think Kevin Ollie is going to be great in the nba like Brad Stevens is. I also think, if they really wanted to get somebody from the college ranks, they should look at Andy Enfield.
It would have been wiser to fire Brooks after last season or season before last. Firing him now just tells me that Presti was looking for a fall guy. I think this will backfire on Presti. Brooks is not a good coach, but he's not the biggest problem with the Thunder. Presti is. Trading Harden was a colossally stupid move. So is trading for Perkins. I think the Thunder's window for contending for a championship has just slammed shut, and will remain shut for at least 3-5 years. Both Durant and Westbrook will be joining new teams soon.
A_3PO's head just exploded. I don't think Carlisle will leave Dallas, but it would be interesting if they try to land him. Also I'd be sad to see Donovan leave Florida but I can't blame him at this point.
Rick Adelman may have a lot of success with this team...but it seems the OKC mgmt have made up their minds for either Ollie (high likelyhood) or Donovan(less likely). Feel sorry that Scott was the fall guy, but it is what it is... If there is one person that truly should not have a job on that team, it should be Sam Presti. The dude has failed miserably. If things still continue to be bad, Durant leaves and the Thunder franchises enters purgatory...
Hogwash

Presti: "Are we consulting the players? seems really odd the timing, sorta condemns management Like if you're disappointed with the season hes simply the scapegoat cause they've been decimated by injury.
Lol, Presti thinks lying to the media shows that he is in charge. If the media and public really are to believe this dude isn't going to consult the players as to the next coach then we might as well officially start the countdown to where Durant and Westbrook are going to.
