Carr was not as bad as Jamarcus is. I put Jamarcus on the Ryan Leaf level of all time nfl busts.

Yeah and I just read on several Bengal boards that they are going to sit several starters, three or four on defense; however Palmer, is starting. The fans remember losing to Houston and don't want to play them again.
