It's an online sports forum. If you confidently state opinions over and over, then boisterously tell the rest of us we're crazy for thinking differently, you will get people's attention. Nothing wrong with that, either. Just don't state strong opinions, then afterward walk them back and pretend they weren't that strong. Own the mistake.

I don’t generally call folks names, we can disagree that is fine. everyone knew KPJ was a risk, some folks chose the hopeful side that he was maturing, some chose the side that he was always going to blow up. No one truly knew, now that he blew up, the only thing that matters is the young lady get taken care of and we move on as fans, if some want to hold on to some mythical trophy of being right, ok….Truthfully, I still hold on to Lucas, Lloyd and Wiggins screwing up a championship squad with their problems. Being a fan is a personal choice, and I choose to no longer root for a girl beater. DD
DD we all know who you are and what you've said to defend KPJ. Stop acting like some sort of saint who has never said at bad word. Its beyond pathetic to lie like that now. The lengths that you've gone to not only to attack other members here but players like Alperen and Jalen for the sake of KPJ have been boundless and unending. The one thing Im happy about is the end of the KPJ flame wars in this fanbase. Thank god thats over.
BS, I don't attack other members, I attack their argument........I liked KPJ, like his basketball game think he has very good NBA skills, and I hoped he had matured, this sucks that he hasn't. Well u can keep rooting for kpj redemption story no one is stopping u, but don't get trigger by folks gloating and celebrating about how wrong u, booby and the kpj fanboi club were about him.
I can't speak for anyone but me, I liked his skillset and talent and I like stories of players that mature and become great, so it was fun to watch and compelling, and for the Rox pretty risk free. I am sad for his girlfriend - and hope she gets all the help she needs. As for KPJ - he clearly needs help, but it won't be as a Rocket, and I am done with him, there are lines you don't cross, and he crossed it. DD
For the record, I don’t find Dakota as annoying as some of you do. He’s a passionate Rox fan, which is great, but he can get carried away. Let me put it this way: If I were sitting next to him at a bar and he was telling me I’m crazy for not getting how KPJ’s bad image was largely a media construct and how he’s matured so much, then we saw the breaking news about the arrest on the bar TV, I’d turn to him and say, “Next round’s on you.” And I expect he’d buy. In other words, the argument about whether we should have believed in KPJ is just sports. What KPJ did and what that young woman had to go through is real life.
I would be buying for the rest of the night, my man....and we would part as drunk friends...and uber home and pass out ------ I am a happy drunk. HEHE DD
