    How would people feel about a movie titled White Panther? Same exact fighting skills as Black Panther but the costume is white and when he takes the mask off it's a white guy underneath. He's the king of a kingdom full of nothing but white people.

    Would that lack creativity and imagination? Would that be seen as having an agenda? Should nobody care about that?

    Hmm. Let's put it this way.

    I can see someone who wants to push for the production of a movie or series based on Black Panther but with a white individual as Black Panther be the type of person who says stuff like "slavery was more than a hundred years ago, black people need to get over it. They are disproportionately more poor today because of their culture not because of the past".

    While someone who wants a Black Little Mermaid is probably thinking "Black mermaids haven't been a thing and I'm sure black girls would like to see it be a thing"


    Basically I wouldn't support the former movie being made because I probably just wouldn't like the type of people who would make that type of movie(white supremacists)
