Obviously you are also just a child as you have no perspective on this. Congrats to Scola and family!
http://sports.espn.go.com/nba/news/story?id=5678971 Gibert Arenas said he faked an injury to give Nick Young a chance to get more playing time. I wonder if Scola did something similar. We'll know for sure if the baby turns out to be black or Asian.
lol ignore him, think he is just needing attention. Maybe his dad was not around when he was born  (joke man...hehe) anyway...congrats to scola on the kid. Hope the birth would really light a fire under him for perform EVEN better this year.
Oh i do...i know more than you can comprehend. If Kobe's wife is having a child and he's in a Playoff games...do you think he will miss the game?? Don't think so. So yea game does have priority over family!! Don't give me reason like ohh it's a Playoffs game and it's more important than pre-season game...that's not the point, the point is someone said that family is more important than playing a game....so explain that!! If family is important, why didn't Kobe skip a Playoff game?? HUH?
Because Kobe is a jackass, and I am beginning to think you are one too....for sure you are just a kid...but your line of reasoning here is ****ing stupid. DD
Obviously I hit a nerve here. It's usually really uncomfortable watching someone completely embarrass themselves where everyone in the room is embarrassed for the guy, but the guy just doesn't get it and continues to embarrass himself. This is one of those cases, except that it's oddly entertaining to watch someone continue to be so oblivious. Here's some advice: just put your head down and wait for people to forget about it--instead of trying to rationalize your past posts...Good luck...
lol dd...i am disappointed....stop with the name calling!!! anyway...a game can be career changing or it can be meaningless. For guys like Harris or Smith, a preseason game can mean the difference between having a career in the NBA or D-league. For guys like martin, AB, Yao...AND scola, it is nothing more than a 'practice' game to get accustomed to the team and improve conditioning. If the playoffs started straight after the preseason or if the NBA season was only 20 or so games, then I would agree with you, a preseason game is important. But thats not the fact. 82 games is a long time. Scola have plenty of time to get used to his team mates. In terms of Kobe, a playoff game can potentially be career defining. Its slightly different situation. A game is not just a game. There are differences. So Yao4real, do you treat all Bball games the same from a fan's perspective? Are you seriously saying that you are taking these preseason games more serious than game 7 against the lakers a couple of year ago? If not, then why should players view them the same?
You must defenitely not have kids or a wife....how do you know they will be there later on, how do you know they're not going to disappear....I've known a two people personally who have lost a wife and kids to a car accident and another child to cancer....so you will never know when you can lose someone....trust me i work my ass off where I work (I'm a tax accountant), but when it matters, I ALWAYS put my family first....
Read my line carefully, i am not saying pre-season games are more important than Playoff games, but someone suggest family is more important than a game and set priority on everything...so i am just throwing it out there...if family is such important why didn't Kobe skip a Playoffs game to be with his wife? In fact, I DO NOT think a single NBA player (key player) would want to skip a Playoffs game to be with his wife...and so your point that family prioritize everything is wrong because not everyone follows it when the game become important. So my point, family do not necessarily prioritize everything. I may overstate about Scola's case since it's pre-season games but there are players that don't have to be with their wives every time they have a new born...if i am speaking to you all that care so much then i must have hit your nerves and so my point of argument with you is pointless...lol.
