I don't think the OP was arguing that Scola is a shimmering god of basketball, but instead pointing out an interesting stat, one that we can use to argue with annoying (mavs/spurs/jazz) fans. So thanks for that. That being said... Scola has had some mediocre games this year in terms of shooting, but then....which rockets player hasn't? Scola knows the game, and has won at every level. He's been playing constantly (we talk about this with Yao, but Scola is just as much a focal point on the Argentine team as yao is on the Chinese squad) and is learning to fit in to a new role with the addition of artest. He deserves the benefit of the doubt, particularing given the rockets success with him and Yao together.
Exactly - imagine how good we would've been had Yao not been injured? AND THEN we've got Artest too? This is wild
One of the biggest games tomorrow. Lets hope Garnett and Perkins are no match for the mights of Yao Scola Landry or Hayes
Hey, idiot. The correct grammar is: "Next time, you should try to put that in English". Oh, by the way, where is the 100 dollars that you have promised to contribute to the clutchfans tip jar? Are you going to keep the promise? Or did you just lie that you would do that after you had been proven wrong? One more thing, have you also said that you have put me on ignore? Another lie from you? So you lied to put someone on ignore because you got owned and couldn't think of anything to reply? Next time, you should try to be a man and admit that you were wrong. You would actually get more respect from me by doing that. I will keep calling you a liar until you keep your promise to put the 100 dollars into the tip jar.
ya it is if you watch the games. much like landry, you don't often see him missing a mid range jumper. his low fg% is due to his poor performance around the rim taking contested layups
