Always loved Scola. A true badass.

Having said that, this may be a very difficult game for him considering he's been put into the center spot with the loss of Gortat.

    :(

Aside from Lowry I think Scola is the Rocket I miss most from last year's team. I'd love for him to be on the team again and I think he'd be a good fit with this roster.

:( Scola :( Being a fan of the team and not individual players (not since Yao and T-mac left) I usually unlike on Facebook Rockets players who are no longer with the team. I never unliked Scola :(

It's going to be emotional for me to, seeing Scola playing against us.

Damn Morey, you got Brooks back. Let's get Scola back as well... and Chuck Hayes, and Landry, and Battier. Those were the guys that gave us the gritty "never say die" culture when the going was extremely tough.

This im just learning how to deal with Scola being gone

Ok I think that we could pursue Scola in the offseason. As a back up, what do you guys think about having Scola as a back up?

    [rquoter]A Scola family dilemma

With the Rockets to face the Suns again on Wednesday at Toyota Center, Luis Scola planned to have his family join him for the return to Houston, his first since he was let go after five seasons with the Rockets in an amnesty cut. He was concerned, however, that his four boys would be pulling for the home team.

“They’re excited about the game, too,” Scola said of his sons who took turns joining their father in the Rockets locker room after home games. “They always talk about Houston. I don’t know who they are going to root for. They always watch the Rockets games on TV. They cheer for the Rockets. I told my wife, “Don’t tell me if they don’t root for Phoenix.’”[/rquoter]
    Man I love Luis...

So do I. A lot. He was my significant other's favorite player. She's yet to get that attached to one of the current Rockets.

    Viva Scola!!

At least Scola's kids get to watch Rockets game on TV from Phoenix, unlike some people in Houston. :)

If we ever finally decide who to acquire as pf or center, I hope we find a way to bring him home to houston. It's great to have youth. But a couple solid vets would help our team. Crazy to think how fast time flies and louis scola is considered an old vet now.

That's nice. Scola is not super athletic but we know what we are getting at the four a true power forward!
