    Congrats to Louis and Aaron. They deserve it, especially Scola who's been the second most consistent player on the team.

    I almost choked on my food when I read this. I am reading this from my phone so it cuts off a portion of the title and all I read was, "scola and brooks to phx for..." :eek:

    This thread title threw me off so bad. I was on the main page and all I saw as the most recent thread in the GARM was "Scola and Brooks to PHX for...".

    Landry is obviously a better sophomore NBA player than Brooks.

    Brooks probably got selected because many of the sophomore PGs haven't been successful (Conley, Crittendon, Law, etc...). In other words, it's more of a discredit to the depth of sophomore PGs than credit to Brooks.

    I'm still not sure why Landry didn't make it. Does anybody know who the PFs are for the sophomore team other than Scola? Maybe they didn't want to have two PFs from the same team and Scola got the edge because he plays more.

    What a bad title for the thread.

    On paper, the Sophmore team talent wise can't even compare tot he Freshmen team....

    Considering that this is a no defense game, anything could happen. Durant drops 30+, but Rookies win. (My prediction)

    You're right. The only other guards selected are Stuckey and Durant (who's really a foward). Brooks might play nearly the whole game. :(

    Maybe you haven't see many allstar games lately but is not really a big man game, guards will never pass the ball to them and the big rarely play any defense.
