Scientists discover cause of bee colony collapse disorder

    I have a large pear tree in my back yard. I don't get fruit every year, and for the last 2 years have had none. In previous years I've had well over 800 lbs of pears.

    My take is they would rather continue using pesticides, etc. rather than stop to let the bee colonies revive. Typical human response to such a major problem. We know what is causing it but we won't or can't do anything about it. That is basically why the entire planet is going to be a hellhole not long down the road. I suppose they just want to let the future generations suffer the consequences. Yea...go start another war or something, humans.
