You're right Rivers is good but I have him 5th. Its not a big gap between them though.

I think Schaub belongs in the 8-10 range.

    Clayton is a smart guy.

    This makes sense.

    No kidding.

Schaub behind Matt Ryan, Joe Flacco, and Eli Manning is the biggest bunch of garbage I have ever seen.

There is not a SINGLE General Manager or Head Coach in the NFL who would agree with that.

that's one aspect of Schaub that really bugs me. When I saw them in training camp, even then Schaub was under throwing to Andre on the deep ball. People were clapping because it was a long completion but a couple of us and others around us commented on the under throw.

I take no stock in these. It's all subjective.

Schaub will get more and more respect every year for the next few years.

At this point in their careers, Schaub is better than McNabb.

Why people say Schaub is not clutch, just because the kicker didnt make the FGs?? or just because the rb, fumbled the ball in thr 1-yard line, or because the rb threw an interception?

Brady got clutch, because Vinatieri made those FGs, if Vinatieri, doesnt make those FGs in the superbowls, then nobody would consider Brady as elite, because he wouldnt won anything.

Schaub did everything to get into FG range, but the kicker missed those kicks.
If the texans had one mistake less, the texans would have won one more game, and they would be in the playoffs.

Schaub should be in the top 10. I would put him in 6th place.

I just saw this article. 14? He should be at eight. What a f****ng joke. I really wish there was a strong competitor to Disney Sports. It really wouldn't be hard to take it down, why can't Fox Sports do it.

    Damn its frustrating.

Schaub doesnt have the greatest arm strength but that hasnt prevented the texans from breaking big plays. It's a knitpicky point.

but, chicks do dig the long ball.

Watch some Andre Johnson highlights. HE had to stop for most of his catches and then he gets tackled.

LOL, if that happens, I don't think anyone (including Schaub himself) will consider it a "problem"...

I'm hoping Schaub's numbers go down this year. That would mean that we're running the ball better, which is something that Kubiak has been promising for the last 4 years.

I still wonder what a healthy Dominick Davis/Williams would have done in this offense. Seems like he would have been an ideal 1-cut-and-go runner that could have been successful...and he was a good receiver. Then again, maybe I'm misremembering his abilities.

i'm not disagreeing with you that schaub doesnt have the biggest arm and he does underthrow from time to time. But, big plays are still made on a fairly routine basis.

They are big plays that go for yards but not TD's. And it isn't #80's fault.

this is just another case of the WHITE MAN holding back an African American from doing his best.

Until he wins something and learns to score in the red zone, he shouldn't be higher. Good rating.

Also, he should stay healthy for more than one season.

Definitely, because he has everything to do with the team having no ability to run the ball in the red zone. He also has complete control of cheap shots and dirty hits he takes after plays are over, resulting in injuries

actually, the only time the team seems to score in the redzone is when he throws it. Texans need to be able to run the ball there...throwing isnt the concern.

I agree with you here. I think he can throw for TD's in the red zone but it's Kubes play calling that limits this team.
C'mon give me a break. Every QB goes through this not just Matt. He is MORE prone than other QB's plain and simple.
