Have to agree with this line up. As long as they are all healthy, The Spurs would be difficult to defend. Too many weapons on offense.
That's not a no brainer. Bynum has yet to prove anything, he looked horrible against Yao and Okur, bad against Nene and Howard in this year's playoffs, what's to say KG, Perkins, and Sheed won't psych him out. Don't forget that KG and Sheed can both bother Gasol and that Rondo is the quick PG type who gives the Lakers so much trouble, even Ray Allen plays better against the Lakers for some reason. The Celtics are the only team in the league who can match up with the Lakers defensively. The Celtics have answers everywhere whether LA goes big or small.
agree. not enough spacing on the court. I would have to give it to the spurs as the scariest team with parker, ginobilli, jefferson, duncan and mcdyse...now that is one scary lineup. I would have to say this is a better lineup than bostons as i feel that parker and ginobilli are better all round players than the boston gaurds of allen and rondo
Surprised no one has mentioned the Mavs lineup of Kidd Terry Howard Marion Dirk Not the scariest, of course, but worth mentioning with some of the other ones that have been brought up. The Orlando lineups of Nelson Carter Pietrus Lewis Howard or Nelson Carter Lewis Bass Howard are pretty impressive too.
I wish one of these days i'll get to see Brooks Mcgrady Ariza Scola Yao bench Lowry Wafer?/White/Taylor Battier/Budinger Landry/Hayes Andersen
I think the Celtics are scarier with Perkins starting. We seem to have forgotten how dominant they were with a healthy Garnett. With Sheed on board to spell Garnett, these guys will flourish.
does it matter which is the scariest?? EVERY Line-up in this league is gonna be scary to us this year.
If you believe an 0-2 record in the regular season wipes away an NBA finals loss, then I can't reason with you. NBA regular season results do not tell you which team is better. Seasoned NBA fans know to throw out all regular season results when the playoffs start.
0-2 during the regular season with players hurt right? They still never beat Boston in the Finals which is all that counts. Lakers are inferior to the Celtics and it was already proven. Lakers didnt beat Boston last year in the playoffs. Not even Cleveland or a healthy San Antonio or healthy Houston for that matter.
There was a possibility for this Lineup to happen, but it didn't work out, what a shame. Baron Davis Allen Iverson Blake Griffin Marcus Camby Chris Kaman Strategy: Davis/Iverson shots whenever they can, and Griffin/Camby/Kaman go work their ass off for rebounds.... SCARE!!!!
Toss up between the Celtics and Spurs. The Magic could be up there if everything clicks (probably won't) and the Lakers if they could get a better PG and better play out of Bynum.
So Artest can? The only shots Artest created were the 3 pt bricks he launched that killed the offense. Even in games where he won the games for us, he still did it by launching 3 pts that stopped everything. Just because you can create doesn't mean you're automatically a better option, especially if the only thing you can create are bad shots.
lol it'll be interesting and fun to watch these other 5-man units, and of course see how the rockets fare this season
