No, I have not but thanks for the tip, Palm!

Still listening to stuff listed earlier in this thread (but this time with headphones), but I am expecting "Stepping Out/The Best of Joe Jackson" to arrive via mail either tomorrow or Saturday. Can't wait to spin that one.

Feist has some really good songs. I find that album to be a little inconsistent but the songs I like I like a lot. Some trivia: Leslie Feist is her name and she is also know as part of the Broken Social Scene collective and was the lead vocalist on a number of the tracks on the Your Forgot it in People album. She lives in Paris much of the time now and was for a while roommates with Peaches, of all people. Last but not least she’s originally from my city, Calgary.

Here’s a list of some of my favourite inde/alternative Christian bands. Don’t let the Christian tag throw you off, though. These are great bands if you like their style of music.

Sufjan Stevens – Michigan, Seven Swans (I haven’t heard Illinoise yet but by the reviews it’s getting it looks like it’ll be one of the top albums of the year.)
    Woven Hand – Blush Music
Brother Danielson (Daniel Smith/Danielson Famile) – Brother is to Son

Daniel Smith is a big fan of Captain Beefheart so not surprisingly his music is a little out there, but if you like good “out there” music you’ll like him. He is twisted, and his falsetto voice won’t be for everyone, but he’s very good.

    "Weeds" OST

Good show with great music and Joey Santiago from the Pixies scores the original music for the show.
