Hey all. I'm searching for a new scanner. Presently my old HP MFD scans great but the glass is scratchy and can't seems to get it clean. So I bought a Kodak ESP 7250 (MFD) yesterday and it scans like crap. Spent 2 hours on the phone only to find out "it is what it is". So I bought an Epson Artisan 810 (MFD) today. Scans better than the Kodak but still considerably worse than the HP. I'm tempted to go back and buy another HP, but I'm wondering if I'm barking up the wrong tree. Obviously buying a standalone scanner would be the best bet, but are there any other MFDs out there that has excellent scanning capabilities? Thanks!
