Yeah, timewarner owns all the lines. I actually signed up for my service through Earthlink since it is a little cheaper that way, but my bill still comes from Timewarner. They don't make you sign up for cable tv either, which was also a plus for me since I have directv.
Hmmm... I had my SBC Yahoo DSL for one year, and then a letter came in the mail telling me if I re-newed my contract they would LOWER my rate. This is the exact opposite of what you guys are saying, but then again I have the upgraded package.
