    Ouch. That must sting.

Again, will basso have the intellectual integrity to just admit that he was wrong? Twice.

IF the lefty side is so wrong, why is it the only posters I see actually addressing issues are one from the left?

why is it the conservative posters that are here time after time decide to ignore actual issue talk and resort to name calling and flat-out distortion of easily available facts?

If the conservative viewpoint is so obvious, why is it so hard for one of you conservatives to debunk the other side?

Ive stated a few times now that I dont bother with partisanship, I put more faith in logic and common sense......show me some or quit whining about the big bad lefty posters.

I want to be the first to congratulate my fellow lefties on spoiling basso's return - he is way way way off message and we have him on defense. Really I expected more of a "bounce" on his return.

    per the WaPo:

The Obama Campaign Has Solicited Franklin Raines, Who "Stepped Down As Fannie Mae's Chief Executive Under The Shadow Of A $6.3 Billion Accounting Scandal," For "Advice On Mortgage And Housing Policy." "In the four years since he stepped down as Fannie Mae's chief executive under the shadow of a $6.3 billion accounting scandal, Franklin D. Raines has been quietly constructing a new life for himself. He has shaved eight points off his golf handicap, taken a corner office in Steve Case's D.C. conglomeration of finance, entertainment and health-care companies and more recently, taken calls from Barack Obama's presidential campaign seeking his advice on mortgage and housing policy matters.

    You're totally off message.

You are rusty from your ban, and it shows.

The morons on the FREEPER forums and other wingnut sites are describing him as "Obama's chief economic adviser" . Which he is not of course but as we know, lying about things comes easy and natural to you and the rest of the idiots.
