I saw a bumper stickeron a car awhile ago too. The bumper sticker said: "If you can read this, you are tailgating!" Wow! Says a lot in few words. Too bad the car was on the freeway. I would have liked to have talked to the client. I think it shows the cynical use of the word "tailgating" by suburbanites and increasingly almost all Houstonians. It also begs the question about the validity of using the word "tailgating" as we claim to be doing at times before football games.
