Right, so the girl in this case was not punished for getting raped, she was punished for being alone with a man, which according to THEIR law is illegal.


Of course, neither you nor I know WHY she was alone with them, or the circumstances behind that. And I'm sure the judges had evidence presented to them for them to make such a judgment.

I think not allowing woman to drive is a very progressive ideal only found in the Middle East. Imagine a country where there are no accidents and no reason to have any form of car insurance! That is something we can all agree upon.

The law is stupid. Come on, restricting the movements of women. Look there are such things as universal human rights. The right to ****ing go where you want to go is exactly that and a bunch of sexist laws are wrong no matter what cultural lens you choose to look at it from. Men can commit adultery in this country without being punished. Im sure according to MANY countries in the world that is considered worse.That in my opinion is a bigger crime than not allowing a woman to be with random guys. (Or vice versa)
