It says that Israel will find an excuse. So that means a nuclear deal limits the excuses they can use.
With the lack of information we have right now, any analysis at this point would be premature and dumb. He's waiting for Elon to tell him what to think.
I'm not a fan. I don't want to get into it with Iran and I definitely don't want to have to cover Israel's ass if they get into a scrap.
