Media always suggested there was a rift with CP and DJ. Our very own @Codman said they were cool. Codman was right again.

You have to wonder if we didn’t have Dwight Howard when he was a free agent if we could have got him. Perfectly happy with Clint tho especially since he’s become a respectable free throw shooter

Which teams out there would trade for DJ? The Cavs, maybe? You could see him working on the Celtics, but who do they have to give up?

Yeah, maybe. Who would they trade that LAC would want though?
They're not going to move Middleton for DJ, you wouldn't think.
And not sure why LAC would want Henson or Teletovic.
Especially since to match salaries they'd also have to take someone like Dellavedova.

i think the clips would definitely be interested in taking brogdon. young combo guard, very good shooter. also guys like parker/middleton.

the clips are in trouble haha. they basically could use young players w potential at all positions besides i guess BG who's locked up for the foreseeable future

I wouldn't touch those trades if I'm the GM of the Bucks... but who knows. A healthy Jabari Parker is the Bucks ace-in-the hole so to speak. Not that a healthy Jabari Parker happens. But if it does, and he gets next year to where he was before the last injury, it's adding a 20/7 type PF. That's more valuable then DJ. Middleton is outside in offense. Which is more valuable than DJ. Brogdon... well if the CLippers want Brogdon, I might consider it.

Maybe I'm undervaluing DJ. I know he can be a great defender at times. And not that the Clippers have any kind of roster or health, etc. for them to be good... but their 27th in DRtg this year, with DJ being there every game. I get that he's a player that's way more valuable on a winning squad with other solid defenders around him.... but still.

Only makes sense to go for Jordan if we can get a really good piece for Clint at the deadline while clearing cap for Jordan in the offseason. That would likely waste away this year though.

Ill also **** a brick if Jordan gets a max deal, I would almost feel too uncomfortable with a 4/80 deal for him. At his age, with his entire game based on athleticism, who knows what the hell he would like like in 3 to 4 years.

Coz If it was Blake we wouldn’t go after him I think. dj gets along well with cp3, Blake has never really. Blake was one of the reason he left LA the other doc Rivers and Austin.

I don't really see all those teams interested in DeAndre tbh...aside for the Bucks which seems credible, they went after Bledsoe after all, they're all in i'd say. Then who really needs a center? Imo the Knicks, DeAndre would be a great fit with Porzingis, but they're rebuilding around young players, going after Jordan right when he's turning 30 and expiring doesn't make any sense to me...Dallas but again, rebuilding, doesn't make sense. Cleveland if they want to add size maybe...but outside of these teams i don't really see much more.

And scoring, dunking, passing, and he even shoots threes. Mobile and athletic as hell. You can't tell me if healthy he wouldn't be a near perfect fit for D'Antoni and Harden.

Cp3 does not enjoy playing with Blake. Blake is a ball stopper and wants to monkey around with it. Drives CP3 absolutely nuts. Crispy much prefers DJ. (Sourced)
