Thanks a lot, guys. You confirmed my suspicions in regards to what the software package was used for. I'll do a bit of searching now to see if I can find any kind of online training that I can quickly look over so that I will be somewhat familiar with it all when I go interview.
RL - I worked for SAP for 4.5 years prior to getting laid off from their Austin Technical Support Hot Line because I wouldn't relocate to Phila. I was the worldwide English speakung focal point for my area ("module" in SAP-speak), so I can tell you in an incredible amount of info.
