Soldiers and innocent civilians all were killed in backlash for the Abu Grahb stirrings.

I don't know of any political link established to the death of those two judges, do you? None is indicated by the story yet you posit that "judges are getting murdered for it" (whatever "it" is).

I'm not reflecting a warped sense of reality; I'm merely pointing up a hypocrisy. The anti-war crowd feels good about themselves as they protest to their heart's content (even if it encourages the enemy) yet the judges are beyond criticism from the right-- why is that?

Basically the Left Leaning Moderate feels he has to be more extreme because
    of the extreme Right
    and
the Right Leaning Moderate feels he has to be more Extreme because
    of the extreme Left

    folx are seeking a balance

but what you get is a battle between extremes

The anti-war crowd is doing their solemn duty to let their views be known.

The judges are doing their solemn duty to interpret the laws.

The right wingers are threatening and harassing judges so that their agenda will be carried out.

    BIG difference.

Why are the left-wingers doing their "solemn duty" while the right-wingers are rabble rousing?

1st off, please give me a single example of a direct cause/effect of American protesters encouraging the enemy. tia. Let me help you, creating a cartoon of Muhammed incidents is direct cause/effect ...but that doesn't involve Americans. So lets hear it.

Well, lets approach it on a Constitutional level:

Seperation of Powers: Repubs control the Exec and Legislative branch and now attempt to control a Republican appointed judiciary.

Republicans FIGHT AGAINST separation of powers.

Free Speech: Anti-war crowd utilizes free speech BEFORE the war ever began and continues to do so and the republicans call them unAmerican.

Republicans FIGHT AGAINST the 1st Ammendment.

It is not so much about what you are fighting but more about how you do it. And the Republicans appear to take every chance they get to undermine Constitutional principals. Who has less mud on their face?

If we lived in a black and white world, yeah, if you were against one side you are on the other.

But the world is only black and white to those who want it to be.
