Good job fade, always nice to hear other's opinions but I think the only reason most went with your team was to not hurt your feelings ******Fadeaway shakes head admitingly*****
I got a few votes of support it seems. I'm comfortable with my team, but I'm worried about Kevin Brown holding up. I'd also be willing to field offers. My needs in no particular order would be at 2B, Util. In., and OF. Best of luck.
Alright, before the season starts, I would like to trade one of these players: Corey Koskie (3rd best thirdbaseman last year in MLB) Eric Chavez (5th best third baseman last year in MLB and young) Ryan Klesko (big time fp producer, a good starting first baseman or util infielder) Id like to trade one of these players for a good SP , RP or outfielder.... respond on the board or catch me in chat so we can talk.
Those opinions don't mean jack squat fade The Pythons will win this league and everyone knows it. They were trying to make you feel good, nothing more.
You just say that because you didn't get any supporters. You sure talk a lot of trash for someone who has never fielded a competitive fantasy team, ever. Drew: How interested are you in Gagne or Escobar?
M. Williams, Pitt (Reluctantly will trade - he's my backup and a safe bet for 25-30 sv) Paul Abbot, Sea Rondell White, NYY Rusty Greer, TX Omar Daal, LA Robin Ventura, NYY
Matt Mantei - R - Arizona Diamondbacks Mar 30 Diamondbacks placed placed RHP Matt Mantei, RHP Armando Reynoso and 3B Matt Williams on the 60-day disabled list. Mantei is due back from Tommy John surgery in June. Reynoso could be back before then, but he's not being counted on this year. Williams is out until July or August.
June, July, August, and September. That still leaves a lot of baseball and a lot of saves. Patience is a virtue.
I'm submitting my protest for week 1. If I do not get Colon's 50 some odd points I'm going to be extremely disturbed.
Ironically, he almost got the win. Looks like he's done a Hildago. Got too big too fast. I may consider benching him. This has been a long streak of bad pitching.
Official stats from last night have been loaded, and scoring has begun. Thank you for your patience - our new stats provider needed time to get some problems straightened out.....Apr 1 2002 4:53PM
R Clemens: 4 1/3innings 7hits 8runs 8er 5bb 4so 1hr I can see my ace is off to a flying start as well.
Thank goodness for Sandy Alomar, I'd hate for my man Buerhle to lose this game because he couldn't get any run support.
Nice game for Leiter today. I have a feeling that my pitching staff is going to be very productive this year. Mussina-Hudson-Leiter could be the best one-two-three punch in the league.
