Probably, because at the end of the day the Samsung flagships will have the best display on the market + they will find more gimmicks to win people over in the next iteration. For display whores like me, my next phone (whenever my Note 4 dies) will be a Samsung.
So I'm very worried about my new Note 7, but I also keep reading "explosion." Over dramatize much? The few incidents, it seems that the devices catch fire. I just don't know what to trade it in for. :/
They released a statement saying their going to release a fix that prevents the phone from charging beyond 60% capacity. So, for now, just charge your phones a little bit I guess. lol
Not sure if he got burned. He said he didn't. Pants were ripped. Phone was melted but no video unfortunately. I feel bad. They still haven't gotten a replacement or a call back in 3 weeks. At this point they better compensate for at least the phone. Hoping he can catch on a class action suit.
Most of the time it's the crappy caps used. Even some chinese/taiwanese electronics manufacturers are using quality japanese caps these days.
