That's a shame. Dekker has had a very solid season. Hope he heals quickly. Gotta give Williams more run, no?
One game doesn't make him a capable 3 point shooter as he's been ~33% in his limited time on the Griz and on both D League teams. He's got athleticism over any other wing on the Rockets, can pass a little bit, and finish at the rim. He came out and played like he belong with his first chance, no doubt.
Troy has been a streaky 3-point shooter at best in the D-League. I can't imagine he's all of a sudden become a consistent one. Hopefully he can take some of the pressure of other players and also be the recipient of lobs and drives/penetrations to help in the scoring. That, and play some defense when needed.
I like how Beverley was trying hard to console him and help him off the court. I f'n love Patrick Beverley - I'm serious.
Not ok with Samuel Dekker being injured but perfectly ok that we dont have to see any more minutes from him this season. He was stnking up the joint

Obviously it will fall off but not to the level where he is scared to be out there Either way 8 man playoff rotation is set. Troy may get spot minutes here and there
Feel for Sam. I know the majority of Clutchfans want to run him out of town, but we're going to miss his small winning plays that he would've contributed in the Playoffs. Ala Prigioni. Hoping for a quick recovery.
In his first game with the Rockets Troy Williams sank 6 threes. He literally cannot be any worse than Dekker shooting the 3. Already a positive. Obviously feel bad for Dekker though.
