Pretty interesting how the WAR value for Harden at age 34 (14.8) is better than any WAR value in Luka Doncic's prime (14.4), or until 2027...whichever comes first.

Probably an overvalue, but just goes to show you how inherently good Harden is.

Just pair him up with LBJ and it's a wrap.

All James can do is mess his own legacy up. He will get wise after awhile. No championship contender will take him because his attitude is not conducive.

Clearly someone is since you're quoting him. Get your head checked.

And I'm 100% fine with Harden staying for awhile.

Again no player we get back in a trade will be better than Harden.

Our ceiling as a team looks very high.

So far Wall looks like a star, Cousins looks great, Wood looks like he has potential to be more than an all star and we have bench guys with defense and athleticsim.

The Rockets don't have any rush to trade Harden. Even if the Rockets get off to a bad start, it doesn't change anything really. If they get off to a great start and Harden seems to back off trade requests, then you luck out.

So the Rockets have everything to gain and nothing to lose by taking it slow, and it appears that's what they are doing.
