Rox all the way. What ya'll shoulve put was how many games will the Rockets. Let the jazz stay in the playoffs.

    I vote 6 games

    Rockets-4
    jazz -2

I'm not really arguing that Rafer CAN be a championship quality PG. Hell stick him in the Boston team in place of Rondo, and I bet they still win (I think).

The JWill argument was just weak, that's all. JWill was the beneficiary of the D-Wade magic carpet ride that was provided by the refs. To ignore that and then say you can win with a JWill type of PG is suspect.

I don't exactly know what argument he was trying to make, so I won't put words in his mouth or speak for him.

Is Rafer going to be the reason we win a title? Maybe in the sense that he's a role player and everyone contributes, but he isn't a key piece and no one is trying to pretend he is. But do we ABSOLUTELY HAVE to trade Rafer in order to win a title? Is the PG situation that bad? It's really not. I mean, maybe if a better starting PG came along I would try and deal for him, but its not a vital need.

I think the key to how to make Rafer most effective is you limit his shots. If he's taking more than 6 shots a game, thats probably bad. And part of that problem is the guy behind Rafer was never good either. There is some potential with Brooks, maybe nabbing Barry should help.

It sounds like you're just bitter about the Heat's championship...and that you seem to have some degree of a hatred toward me as a poster/person (I can't believe it took me that long to realize who you are). So I'm not going to waste anymore time, especially when I've made my point several times already.

If you want to continue the conversation, you're welcome to go back and read my posts. Everything I wanted to say is already there, so knock yourself out.

I'm trying to figure this out, you're going around crying and complaining that the Rockets will not get out of the first round with McGrady and then you preach about a McGrady team beating Utah. Make up your mind.

You lose sleep at night over my posts, don't you?

Any postseason success will be because of Yao Ming, Ron Artest, Luis Scola, and the rest of our beloved Houston Rockets. If those guys can stay healthy, the sky's the limit. McGrady is really irrelevant at this point. Artest should keep him from jacking up ill-advised three-pointers in transition now, and will be instrumental in getting the rest of our guys fired up and ready for war.

Lawl. The Jazz wouldn't have even beaten us this year withOUT Yao if Rafer had been healthy.

Now we add Yao and Artest? They would be lambs to the slaughter.

a jazz writer biased? it's inevitable...

    too much reliance on artest?
    nobody yao can guard?!?!
too much deron williams?? (alston, brooks, barry, francis)

too many fresh bodies on our side...and the jazz question the ability

who'd want to watch the jazz in the finals?? there's no fun in it...
