Unreal. Seattle just keeps on owning the NFC.

Wilson has never been a fantasy helper, he's a distributor. However, he does love throwing down field to TEs. I still see Graham as a top TE but now soundly behind Gronk. Thomas yards will go up but TDs will come down, I expect similar fantasy points.

I don't think Graham's value is helped here.

He's going to get keyed on so hard in Seattle.

New Orleans had the field wide open.

Seattle now has graduated from the Tecmo Bowl playbook to the Super Tecmo Bowl playbook.

He'll provide even more goalline passing options.

Getting a first round pick for jimmy graham is a win for the saints. I'm sorry, but as a jimmy graham fantasy owner the last 3 years, people don't realize how much jimmy graham was getting hurt.

This is not 2 years ago jimmy graham by any means. Plus, I think Bradin Cooks is special, and the saints need to badly retool that terrible defense. And they get max unger to help out Brees? This is a GREAT deal for the saints.

This is very true. I think it's a good deal for both sides. Saints get a big rebuilding piece, and the Saints get a big time weapon.

Graham is definitely an injury risk, so the Saints shedding the salary and getting a first rounder is a no brainer especially when they're not competing.

Graham has been playing hurt most of his career. A strong running offense will keep him from running down the field as much and may prolong his career.

But what good is he if he isn't running down the field and being as productive (if not more-so) than a WR?

Wasn't he just last year petitioning that his franchise tag should have been as a WR because that's essentially what he is?

Saints were smart to get something significant for him before his value completely bottomed out... its hard to imagine him being the same dangerous weapon in Seattle (but their window remains wide open to win it all next year).

Even with a young stud QB Seattle isn't arrogant enough to think they'll be contenders for the next decade. Strike while the iron is hot. Graham has to be accounted for in the passing game if he's in the field, if they can find ways to limit his snaps they might be able to get a lot more mileage out of him.
