I've tried googling this and can't find a definitive answer. Don't want to use the wrong thing and ruin my screen (which has fingerprints and dust all over it).
I personally like this stuff. I bought it for my Mom and Dad. I clean their TVs with it regularly when I visit. Make sure you are not just using any old cloth to clean your TV with. You should preferably use one made for cleaning screens.
I would pour water directly into the electrical outlet that its plugged into. The steam that comes off of that, makes for a magical cleaning solution.
Don't use Windex. Use something you'd clean glasses with. It's a combination of water, soap, and alcohol. Windex will destroy the anti-reflective coating on your TV.
This is pretty much isopropyl alcohol solution and possibly a microfiber cloth. Water will smudge and not dissolve the grease.
