Cousins thrown out of the game, tonight.

What is his deal? I mean, he has all the tools to be the best 5 in the game, and he doesn't live up to his potential. Not even close.

On topic though, would Karl be a good coach for the Rockets?

No he would be a horrible coach. I rather stay away.

George Karl has had issues with almost every major star he's ever coached. kemp, Gary Payton, Ray Allen, Carmelo, boogie. He'd probably clash with Harden and Howard too.

Yeah I know. Still a bad look. Sacramento is a hilarious mess.

Vertical Sources: In aftermath of Brooklyn loss, Sacramento weighs dismissal of coach George Karl. http://yhoo.it/1T4vqSR — @WojVerticalNBA

Story will go up in morn, but - as has been reported - George Karl is on thin ice again. No fireworks this time, just continued frustration. I lied - story was posted after all. A look at why George Karl is in trouble again in Sacramento. https://t.co/k1tExmHSGv That's a brief breakdown, but it's all there. Energy concerns (his energy), playing style/defense, BUT there's still a discussion being had. Money still considered factor w/ Kings/Karl situation. Owner Vivek Ranadive will have to deal w/ minority owners if he cuts that check.

ESPN sources say Kings hoped to delay talks about George Karl's future until All-Star break, but Friday's loss in Brooklyn sped up timetable. No decision has been made yet whether George Karl will coach the three games to go on Sacramento's trip (Boston, Cleveland and Philadelphia). ESPN coaching sources say Nancy Lieberman "unlikely" to be named interim coach if George Karl indeed let go. One option: Corliss Williamson.

Never understood that signing. When you're already struggling defensively, you simply do not get George Karl. Firing Mike Malone was a huge mistake.

first thing he wanted to do is trade cousins. now after a disappointed season he's gonna get fired. they got 3 7footers and still have one of the worst defense in the league!

scoring isnt a problem so they can trade rudy for two good 3d wings. that will make them playoff locks.

However, their #60th pick (I Thomas) is going to play in the All-Star Game for the EC.

George Karl is highly coveted by fans on here, I really do not know why. The guy underachieved as a coach most times.

    George "first round exit" Karl

But not even he can pull Sacramento out of the dumps.

Lol, for real... But but.... He's the answer for the Rockets, right???? from what I've seen of Karl he's okay but the times he's done well is when his team's are stacked... I also don't think he handles egos/headcases well at least in recent years (Melo/AI/Cousins...). And man I'm still holding a grudge for those 90s Seattle teams that gave the Rockets fits.

Also... Taking out success of reaching the finals in 96... He really enjoys first round exits (other than the 1 wcf with Denver)... Actually he'd be perfect here, 1st round Rockets!!

Maybe if the Rockets took their first round ability and combined it with Karl they could at least become known as... Nm, still first round, haha
