Of course CH brings this to our attention. Carl, I think your PTSD from this trade is worse than White's.

 

Literally almost every post of yours since the trade has been about how bad it was. Face it man, it happened. No going back now.

 

What do Seattle fans think?

 

I guess I'm a little confused about what you expected, CH. Was anyone really saying the trade made the team better now? It seemed an obvious conclusion that we've upgraded youth, potential and flexibility at the cost of a few wins this year. And that was the general consensus as far as I could see here.

 

The whining continues...but I know one day it will finally end....

 

I hope we don't see them in the playoffs. They are dangerous....

In fairness, I see Carl as more of a rich man's DD. Still a sad, far fall.

 

A lot of the Sac season ticket holders I know are shocked at how happy I was to see PPat traded... They love him in a Kings uni.

 

why are you bothered about his motivation...even if he find his lifes mission fullfilement writing about how the trade wasnt good let it be so....i personaly find CH threads highly entertaining...

 

Cuz Kings fans are desperate for something to cheer about.

 

I never liked Carl's posting much but I don't see how anyone can deny that pre-deadline he was easily Clutchfans' 2012-2013 MVP. Activity, thread making, and quality were all top notch.

Since the trade though, he's been sinking slowly back to last year's annoying form and its sad to see because its clear he can be among the best posters here. So much talent wasted.

 

No matter what way you look at it Carl, I'm still happy we cleared a little bit of cap-space. Even if we end up not needing the extra cap-space, the trade was well worth the risk. I agree that the guys we traded would have given us a better chance at making the playoffs, but the odds of making it passed the first round remain the same.

In turn, we can focus on getting the other major pieces we need in the off season. No loss from my perspective.

Oh yea, and GET OVER IT ALREADY, JEBUS!
