    1.a. Robert Horry gave glory to the Rockets. Tmac has not achieved the hero status as Robert Horry
    b. Robert Horry was a pure Rocket, he was drafted as Rocket. Tmac was traded here, he's the polished 21 million dollar league top scorer.

    2. a.Robert Horry post Rockets shows that what he did for the Rockets were legit and that the Rockets were not a 'one man team'. Its about the legacy of the championships. When historians look back, they'll say man Robert Horry was awesome.
    b. Tracy McGrady in Orlando was pre Rockets and has been overblown as the second coming of MJ. The key to this is that he didn't win crap with Orlando. He lead that team to a crap record in the nba, so that the Orlando got the #1 pick.

    For the post Rockets highlights, it shows that he has shown the ability to win in the playoffs. OUR ROBERT HORRY. Drafted 92- Houston Rockets
    Tracy McGrady -Toronto Raptors, Orlando Magic

    Horry is a role player, Tmac is paid as the best player on the team

    I believe Horry can still be a good role player, but you question if Tmac can be the best player and leader of the team

    I can't disagree with any of that. Horry was clearly an important part of a historic team, and TMac has been an important part of an very forgettable team.

    TMac obviously shouldn't be our team leader anymore. His brain is broken. But Horry was just a shadow on the Spurs team recently and I don't see reason to think that will change. Just my opinion. I think he'll be somewhere between Barry and Dikembe.

    PJ Brown came back and played for the Celtics last year. If Horry wants to play he knows he has people interested.

    The highlights, just in case someone forgot who he was.

    yep, and I nearly hung myself over it.......it was nauseating, I couldn't sleep, I couldn't eat.........the only thing I was thinking that whole time was: what if tinman finds out about this? :eek:

    tell me exactly what Robert Horry can contribute to the Rockets. he can't play defense, his doesn't have a shot anymore, and he doesn't have the athleticism. oh yea, we already have that guy. his name is Tmac.

    well tell the people here that the Sacramento Bee is a newspaper and that I'm not a writer for them.

    I just posted this article cause it was recent and it dealt with a player who listed Houston as a possible destination.

    He's a veteran role player known for helping teams win championships. He's got more career games than Kareem.
