Ryno played well against them in the opener, but is usually kind of neutered against GS. He can draw out a defender, but their interior defense is so good anyway. Hopefully that changes with CP3 back in the lineup. They can't guard everybody.
I think its better for Anderson to come off the bench. He has gotten better on D this season however Tucker provides much better defense, with Harden and Cp3 in the starting lineup you dont really need scorers, Ariza and Tucker for spacing and Capela for pnrs should be enough. Off the bench Nene and Anderson should.complement each other and with a bench of Gordon, Anderson, Nene and Luc you 3 really good defenders and 1 average one too. Plus Tucker, Cp3 and Ariza are all buddies. Gordon and Anderson are bffs. Let them play with their friends for added chemistry.
You start ryno against warriors. Last year he dropped 20 plus in a win against them. Hes not going to hit on some nights but opens up the lane for harden and paul.
If anyone deserves to start in his place, it's Luc. Not sure we need to replace Rhyno in the starting line up at all, but he needs to sub in/out with CP3. Just have him grab onto Paul's pocket for the rest of the season.
Excuse me. Haven't you heard? Zhoe is going to be the key to shutting down Durant and beating the Warriors.... THIS year.
According to what? Based on this Anderson has negative DRPM: https://www.espn.com/nba/statistics/rpm/_/sort/WINS/position/6
We all know advanced stats are ****ing bullshit. I can penetrate all of the analysis easy. It's according to watching the games. Beasley ate him up, but otherwise he's been very solid. SIL
Lol. I'm saying. Didn't think anyone was listening to me. He'll be our secret playoff spark after a season flipping back and forth between the G League. Yul C
why cant we start Ryno and then sub both him and Paul out for EGO and PJ.. this way we try to keep Ryno with Paul minutes aligned as much as possible..
Tucker gives us really good rebounding production on the offensive and defensive glass. His 3pt shot is only going to get better imo - he's shooting it well and is getting used to the volume. No one is going to leave him open in the corner. Nor are they going to leave corner 3pter king Ariza open. Which leaves Clint to do PnR, and one of Harden/Paul gets open while the other creates. With better chemistry, they will be excellent offensively and defensively. Anderson can backup the 4 and 5 - can maybe even be a 6th man of the year candidate (if he still qualifies). I really think it's the best mix, to surround Harden with 4 very good to great defenders. Hope they stick with it, but I also know MDA wants to test the limits of offense so he is probably going to revert to Anderson.
