That video is awesome...lol, cushing is a ****ing animal, and thats why I am head over heels in love with him. And DA is hilarious.

Glad to see Demeco is locked up...one less thing to worry about.

Stoked! Now Ryans can just go out and focus on making plays(not that he didn't do that already) Keep your core players happy. Good job Texans

I guess they could front end load it because of the uncapped year, but $14 freaking million dollars!

    That's a lot.

I am so glad we spent money to lock up a key pro bowl player...My only wish is we could have spent considerable money on a certain pro bowl corner..uh..too bad we never had one in the past...

He got a larger contract + more guaranteed money + he collected that fat pay check last year.

I think Ryans needs to get Duanta's agent.

But I know he is only a LB.

Dunta doesn't make pro bowls + he is far from a leader, while Ryans demonstrates true leadership + Ryans could have instructed his agent that his goal is to be paid like no other NOT based on his abilities or else he will write on his shoes, but he decided a very nice "lock up" contract actually BASED on his abilities is fair to all...

I think Ryans is quite happy with his 6 year/48 million deal, and it's evident the fans are quite happy the Texans made a nice substantial offer to lock up a multi-year pro bowl player...

    Glad someone else overpaid

    lol @ both of them.

dunta's teammates getting rick to "pay them" and the falcons buying piss for the price of champagne is just icing on the cake

Excellent news. While the role of MLB is relatively easy to fill with competent talent, Ryans was a leader since his rookie year, and would not have been easily replaced.

Where is the negative for Dunta? He went from one borderline playoff team to another borderline playoff team and got the money he wanted. Turned out he was right about the money he could get on the free agent market. He wanted the money and got it. I don't see the negative here for him.
