This has gotten really embarrassing for the Franchise.

Who owns this team? McNair needs to grow balls and clean house.

And once he realizes that he's going to be one of those fired, he needs to put in a job application at USC back where he belongs, in college.

And who should we hire after our team has a head coach opening BTG? Because it's ugly right now within the organization?

O'brien is the reason for most of this QB fiasco. He's made this bed now he has to lie in it. This is quickly turning into the worse regime in the Texans' sad history. Don't feel bad for any of them. McNair needs to take his head out of his ass and just do a clean sweep. Can't do a total clean sweep in the middle of the season but definitely need to start totally over in the off season.

Does it matter? I'm not sure who will be available, but if BOB has lost the locker room, he has to go, let him go back to college where his coaching style will be more acceptable.

Exactly. Let's not forget that it was BOB who originally asked for the Texans to trade for Mallett, it was BOB who vouched for him. This whole mess is his fault.

They paid basically nothing to get him. Well worth it at the time.

That's not the point, the point is that BOB vouched for him when everyone else was saying what an idiot he was. The reason we are in the situation we are in right now is because of BOB's decisions and now he wants to make things even worse.

Now sure, Mallett needs to go, so does Hoyer, so does BOB, so does Rick Smith, so does RAC......it's time to clean house.

    OB's quarterback moves…

    Trade for Mallett
Fail to draft Teddy or Carr or Jimmy G
    Trade away Fitz
    Sign Hoyer
    Re-sign Mallett
Put Savage on IR for no reason
    Start Hoyer
    Bench Hoyer to start Mallett
    Bench Mallett to start Hoyer

And here we are. One poor decision after another since taking over.

Funny to think how much this board hated Fitz at QB for the Texans…

No one knows for sure how much control the Texans HC has in the draft.

If BoB wanted a QB in that draft, we would have picked a QB. Unfortunately Hoyer was "his guy" which originated this mess.

What a complete and utter embarrassment. Fire everybody and start from scratch. This is a disaster.

He was hurt in the pre-season, he's probably fully healthy by now. Doesn't matter because they put him on IR.

Looks like that might not be the case anymore, or maybe Rick Smith is leaking things trying to make the case that doing things that BOB says is the problem.
