Always liked Ryno. Always thought he was borderline all-star on the offensive side... Really worried about our defense though. Bev is overrated defensively IMO. He works hard and is a "pest" and Ariza seems to have been playing too many minutes. Capela and DMo are going to have to really step up.
Now that I've had the better part of the day to cool down and wrap my head around the idea, my official stance is: Fine. Whatever. It's the same feeling I had about Coach Pringles. Spoke out against it beforehand, hated it when it happened and now it simply just is what it is. Still a Rockets fan no matter what, so I might as well get used to it. Truth be told, he's going to put up some big numbers here. I'm not saying there won't be positives. I'm predicting 19 PPG on 17 shots; numbers consistent with the type of volume scorer that he is. It'll take some pressure off of Harden. He'll space the floor, which is something we're not used to seeing from the 4. Sure, he'll be poor defensively and always a box-out away from breaking his pelvis, but he'll produce when he's on the court - I can appreciate that.
Uhh,, what. they play really differently. Ryan Anderson is like a poor man's Dirk + Richard Lewis DMo excels in post ups but can shoot if need be.
