Dwight's been "gone" since last season when we told him he wasn't getting any more post touches and he decided to throw the season.

if you want to compare him to the rest of the league, his D is well below average. his D is worse than the average player on our current roster, and that is saying A LOT.

Jesus, so much for Morey and his VALUE betting, this is an outrageous deal, hopefully team options on years 3 and 4, or at least 4...that is a long contract for an often injured and unlikely starter.

Anderson defending Blake, Aldridge, Green, fill in the blank PF in west is going to be a masacre.

Charlotte who until a couple years ago were called by everyone the LOLcats are convincing all their good free agents to take significant discounts to improve their team.
They signed Marvin Williams to 14 per.

The Kings everyone's favourite joke signed Afflalo to a 2 year deal with the second almost all unguaranteed and now Tolliver to another 2 year deal.

And you want me to be happy that we had the priviledge of signing Anderson to a whole 4 years 20 per contract? Until he's 32...

Yeah, amazing, Marvin is way better than Anderson and gets paid almost half of the salary...just terrible.

This is the new NBA market - You can debate the value of the contract all day but fact is for next 2 years it's a reasonable deal. I wish we could have gotten a better defensive forward in Bazemore for $2 MM less a year, but we apparently offered the most, he just passed on it.

My feelings on the signing will depend heavily on the rest of the offseason. If we roll with Harden/Gordon/Ariza/Anderson/DMo I'll be very disappointed. We need some semblance of a defensive anchor.

the new NBA market doesn't force you to sign one way injury prone players for 4 years until they are will into their 30s though.

No offense to Codman but everyone knows the Rockets have been after Anderson & Gordon forever...

Not sure what Howard has to do with it.

This is an upgrade because last year our PF rotation was Jones and Dmo, now it is Anderson and Dmo (if we retain him).

As such, since Jones had a significantly bad year, Anderson is an upgrade.

    You are welcome!

That was just a plot to get hired. No way that Zebra changes his stripes. LOL

But hey we shall find out. They did hire a defensive specialist.
