You give Russ one on one with nobody sagging into the paint, and it's over for the other team. He gets into the painted area with such ease and abuses people with his athleticism.

If Harden is the sidekick then you have a championship caliber squad.

give wb the open space that fits his strengths and willingly cut out what he doesn't do well. this is what you get.

who's gonna guard jokic, AD, gobert,.....

Are they gonna guard wb/harden on islands? Good luck

Gobert already got owned last time. It's about to get worse for all of them. It's not like Clint was stopping either of them.

To be fair, Clint gave Gobert the most trouble. I wasn’t opposed to seeing him getting traded, but I still feel that a solid center can give us some protection in the paint and additional rebounding.

Unfortunately, I don’t see anyone like that as a buyout candidate.

That's because he stopped taking 3s. That alone makes him a lot smarter lol

this was the true power and pro of having a RW play without a Center packing the paint.

but i reserve doubt whether this can last as teams will adjust defense, and the playoffs are a different beast. teams will not let RW score 40 points like this every single game, and the rest of the team has to pick it up.

i also don't know if we can hit 45% from 3 pt line consistently. if we can't, we have to play even better defense than last night... which was already exhausting.
