I believe it is true if it is what it is...Bush stated in his speech that if your terrorist wants to call you, we want to know why and what it is about...Simply put.

And I haven't seen one democrat or person opposed to the unconstitutional warrantless wiretaps disagree with that.

The provisions are there for that to happen already, following our constitutional laws. There is also a framework in place to follow should the President feel those laws need to be changed.

We all want terrorists from anywhere speaking with contacts in the U.S. to be monitored, wiretapped, and action to be taken if terrorism is afoot.

Wanting to go about taking actions in a law-abiding, constitutional manner does not mean people don't want those actions to be taken.

The President currently even without his secret program has the authority and legal ability to immediately conduct wiretapping without getting a warrant first. IT is already a part of FISA.

Something that needs to be revised considering changed technology...

You are arguing the brass not being poished without realizing the ship is in the right direction. My position is in it's entirety of everything from DHS, VISA scrutiny, greater collaberation between intelligence and law enforcement, the post 9/11 mindset is the way to go...NOT the way of Clinton which led to results of attacks against direct U.S. interests, example after example until...9/11 took place in eventuality...

I applaud Bush on the post 9/11 mindset and hope we never go back...

you repeat this as often as possible, even when it has little to do with the topic at hand.

This must be the frontpagemag strategy for winning the elections...
